Know who does what

The publisher and the service provider are different businesses.

We help property owners describe a land project and manage a referral to one qualified independent provider at a time. We follow up to check whether contact happened. If it did not, we send the request to the next qualified provider, still one at a time. We are not the contractor performing the work. Provider contact, price, schedule, and results are not guaranteed. Check the provider, property conditions, and proposal for yourself.

Publisher role

Huntsville Land Clearing Guide publishes planning information and manages accepted referrals. A request goes to one qualified provider at a time. We follow up and try the next qualified provider if contact did not happen. Demand Leads Media operates the publication. Neither performs land clearing through this site.

Independent-provider role

Any provider who receives a qualifying request is an independent business responsible for its own inspection, representations, proposal, pricing, scheduling, personnel, equipment, credentials, insurance, contract, work, safety, and compliance.

Homeowner verification

Matching does not replace independent verification. Ask for the provider’s legal identity and current documentation relevant to the project. Compare written scope, exclusions, debris plan, payment terms, change orders, and completion criteria before signing.

The narrow limit

The managed referral is not a provider endorsement, service booking, or promise that contact will happen. No provider name, service boundary, capacity, or response time is published without verification.
