Publisher standards

Useful guidance, visible limits, traceable sources.

The publication favors project questions a homeowner can verify over invented local detail, generic price promises, or contractor-shaped marketing.

Source selection

Local regulatory, stormwater, flood, utility, and environmental assertions use primary government or utility-notification sources. The source ledger records the publisher, URL, use, and review date. Official publishers control current requirements.

Project-specific cautions

Editorial copy does not convert a general source into a property determination. Jurisdiction, disturbed area, work, drainage, wetlands, flood status, utilities, boundaries, access rights, and permit coverage must be resolved for the exact project.

Generated visual policy

Three production photographs are AI-generated conceptual illustrations. Each has an adjacent caption stating that it is not a Huntsville project. They contain no people, crews, uniforms, logos, branded machines, homes, identifiable parcels, before-and-after claims, or completed work.

Original SVG diagrams are deterministic editorial worksheets, not depictions of equipment suitability, property conditions, or completed service.

Matching and commercial separation

The site never presents an unverified provider as available. An accepted request goes to one qualified provider at a time after the relevant checks. Demand Leads Media follows up and uses the next qualified provider if contact did not happen. Guidance remains available without submitting a form.

Corrections

Material corrections should update the affected page, its review date, and the repository source ledger. The absence of a public email or phone at launch is intentional; contact-preference requests use a dedicated purpose-limited form.
