Managed referral

Send the details once. We handle the follow-through.

An accepted request goes to one qualified provider at a time. We follow up with you. If contact did not happen, we try the next qualified provider, never several providers at once.

1

Describe

The form collects location, size, vegetation, access, constraints, outcome, debris preference, timeline, authority, and contact information.

2

Check

We check that the request is new, in the area, for the right service, reachable, authorized, timely, not spam, and not a duplicate.

3

Refer and follow up

We send an accepted request to one qualified provider. We check whether contact happened and use the next qualified provider if it did not.

What uncertainty means

Uncertainty favors the property owner and provider. Missing or ambiguous evidence does not become a billable lead. A request is not routed to an unverified, ineligible, or capacity-paused provider.

What consent covers

Required contact consent applies only to the submitted land project and one qualified provider at a time. Optional SMS consent is separate and unchecked. The guide-download form has a different purpose and creates no service-request or recurring-email permission.

What the property owner still verifies

Independently confirm the provider’s identity, current credentials where applicable, insurance representations, proposal, contract, price, schedule, property conditions, and any project-specific authority requirements.

One provider at a time

An accepted request is never sent to multiple providers at the same time. Provider contact is not guaranteed, but our follow-up and next-provider fallback are part of the managed referral.
