Project-request information
The project form collects location, acreage or dimensions, vegetation, access, known conditions, desired outcome, debris preference, timeline, requester authority, name, phone, email, required project-contact consent, and optional SMS consent. A honeypot field supports spam filtering.
This information is used to check and manage the request. An accepted request is shared with one qualified provider at a time. We follow up about whether contact happened. If it did not, the same project details may be shared with the next qualified provider. They are never sent to several providers at once.
Guide-download information
The separate guide form collects an email address and purpose/version metadata to authorize immediate browser access to the PDF. It does not create a service request, send the guide by email, or create recurring marketing consent.
SMS and recording
SMS consent is optional, separate, and unchecked. No SMS should be sent unless an operational messaging path and the specific affirmative consent are verified. No call recording or transcript retention is authorized by these forms.
Forms and service providers
Netlify hosts this static site and processes form submissions. Hosting, anti-abuse, and operational providers may process limited technical information as needed to deliver and protect the service.
Files, optional analytics, and payments
The launch form has no file upload because secure storage, access, retention, and deletion controls are not operationally verified. No payment is collected here. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity do not load until you accept analytics and remain off after a decline, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track signal. Form entries, contact details, addresses, and free text are not sent to either service. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to review your choice.
Retention and choices
Retain information only as long as needed for its stated purpose, evidence, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Use thecontact-preferences form to request access, correction, deletion, or a contact change. Identity verification may be required.
